Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes, oil-packed, drained
  • 1 cup Spinach, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Cooked Rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Serve over cooked rice.

  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
