Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
