Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
