Description

This is a simple and delicious creamy pasta salad. It is perfect for potlucks, picnics, or a quick lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, such as rotini or penne
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add red onion, peas, and bacon to the dressing.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
