Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, such as rotini or penne
  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced (red, yellow, or orange)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
