Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
