Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
