Ingredients
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add fettuccine and broccoli florets. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente and broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately.

- For a healthier option, use whole wheat fettuccine.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
