Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces shell pasta
- Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, beef broth, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then add shell pasta.
- Cover and cook until pasta is tender, about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
