Description

Enjoy a healthy and delicious Clean Eating Steak & Sweet Potato Bowl. This recipe is perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • Optional: avocado slices, chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
  4. While sweet potatoes are roasting, cook steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Steam or sauté broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  6. Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, steak, broccoli, and red onion.
  7. Top with avocado slices and chopped cilantro, if desired.
