Ingredients
- 1 lb steak, cut into cubes
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- Optional: avocado slices, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.
- While sweet potatoes are roasting, cook steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
- Steam or sauté broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, steak, broccoli, and red onion.
- Top with avocado slices and chopped cilantro, if desired.
