Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, and pepper.
- Pour chicken mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange them over the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the biscuits.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
