Description

Classic Chicken & Biscuit Casserole is a comforting and easy-to-make dish. Enjoy a hearty meal with chicken, vegetables, and flaky biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange them over the chicken mixture.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the biscuits.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
