Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, avocado, salsa
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp mixture to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
- Warm corn tortillas.
