  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
