Ingredients

- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn

- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

- Drain excess grease.
