Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into cubes

- 1 cup Corn, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Salsa

- 1 Avocado, diced
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in chipotle peppers and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Assemble bowls with rice, black beans, corn, and cooked chicken.
- Top with salsa, sour cream, cheese, and avocado.
- Serve with lime wedges.
