Description

This is a simple and affordable chicken stuffing casserole. It is perfect for a quick family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 oz box stuffing mix
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, onion, and celery.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
