Description
This is a simple and affordable chicken stuffing casserole. It is perfect for a quick family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 oz box stuffing mix
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, onion, and celery.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add vegetables like peas or carrots.
