Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Nacho Casserole. It is perfect for parties or a comforting weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag (10 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Top with chicken, black beans, corn, and salsa.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Top with sour cream and cilantro before serving (optional).
