Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound Lo Mein noodles
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, peas, etc.)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper.
- In a large skillet or wok, cook chicken over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to your preference.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
