Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Water
- 4 cups Cooked Rice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water.
- Pour cornstarch mixture into the skillet and stir until sauce thickens.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Serve chicken and sauce over cooked rice.
