Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, creamed corn, drained corn, and sour cream.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together cornbread mix, milk, and eggs.
  4. Pour cornbread mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
