Description

A simple and comforting chicken casserole, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or Easter gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken breasts and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, onion, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to the soup mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
