Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into cubes
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Steam or roast broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Divide brown rice, roasted chicken, and broccoli evenly among meal prep containers.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
