Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (keto-friendly)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
