Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing (keto-friendly)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
