Description

A comforting and easy one-pan bake featuring cheesy tortellini, tender chicken, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (19 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the seasoned chicken, refrigerated tortellini, and Alfredo sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

  • You can substitute pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for the fresh chicken to save time.
