Easy and delicious cheesy ravioli bake, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 25 oz frozen cheese ravioli
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil.
- Arrange half of the ravioli in the baking dish.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the ravioli.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the ricotta.
- Top with the remaining ravioli and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of ravioli you like.
- For a richer flavor, use a higher quality marinara sauce.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the ricotta mixture.
