Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Stir until well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
