Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer tater tots evenly over the beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tots are golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Substitute cream of chicken or celery soup if preferred.
