Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Beef broth
- 2 cups Cooked rice (optional)
- Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, avocado (as desired)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve beef mixture over rice (if using) and top with your favorite burger toppings.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat content.
- Cauliflower rice is a good substitute for rice to keep it low carb.
