Description

Enjoy a burger without the bun in this protein-packed beef bowl. It’s a low-carb and comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 2 cups Cooked rice (optional)
  • Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, avocado (as desired)


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve beef mixture over rice (if using) and top with your favorite burger toppings.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to reduce fat content.
  • Cauliflower rice is a good substitute for rice to keep it low carb.
