Enjoy a protein-packed, low-carb meal with these delicious burger bowls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 head Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide lettuce among bowls.
  3. Top lettuce with ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and dill pickles.
  4. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
