Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 head Lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide lettuce among bowls.
- Top lettuce with ground beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and dill pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
