Description
These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a fast and easy dinner. They are perfect for game day or a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook chicken breasts until done. Shred chicken with two forks.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Cut slider buns in half. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Top with chicken mixture and cheddar cheese.
- Cover with top halves of slider buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a different flavor.
- Add celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving.
