Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a fast and easy dinner. They are perfect for game day or a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook chicken breasts until done. Shred chicken with two forks.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.
  4. Cut slider buns in half. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Top with chicken mixture and cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with top halves of slider buns.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • Use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a different flavor.
