Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, onions, carrots)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mixed veggies and sauté until tender.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice.
