Ingredients
- 4 oz Chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/2 cup Cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup Black beans
- 1/4 Avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp Corn kernels
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix honey and Sriracha sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour honey-sriracha mixture over chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine quinoa, black beans, avocado, and corn.
- Top with cooked chicken.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime juice.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your spice preference.
