Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
