Ingredients
- 4 ounces feta cheese, cut into 4 cubes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 8 ounces pasta, cooked
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place a feta cube, cherry tomatoes, and garlic in each muffin cup.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Stir baked feta and tomatoes together in each cup.
- Add cooked pasta to each cup and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
