Quick and easy air fryer sweet chili chicken and veggies for a healthy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, and broccoli.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, and toss to coat evenly.
- Place chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweet chili sauce to your preference.
- For crispier vegetables, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
