A simple and flavorful sheet pan dinner featuring teriyaki salmon and crisp green beans. This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the trimmed green beans on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the teriyaki mixture and toss to coat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Brush the tops of the salmon with the remaining teriyaki mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the green beans are tender-crisp.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately with cooked rice.

- Adjust baking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the teriyaki sauce.
