Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
