Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare Vegetables: Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add Sausage: Place whole sausage links on top of the vegetables on the sheet pan.
- Roast: Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping the sausage and stirring the vegetables halfway through to ensure even cooking.
