Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Place broccoli florets on one side of a large baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the honey soy mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, then spoon the remaining honey soy mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
