Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place broccoli florets on one side of a large baking sheet. Drizzle with half of the honey soy mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, then spoon the remaining honey soy mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Serve immediately.
