Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Divide into freezer-safe bags or containers.
  7. Freeze for up to 3 months.
  8. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
