Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken and vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Let cool completely.
- Divide into freezer-safe bags or containers.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.

- You can substitute any vegetables you like.
- Add your favorite sauce after reheating.
