Description
A simple and delicious sheet pan chicken parmesan with broccoli. This recipe is perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken and broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy breadcrumbs, you can use panko breadcrumbs.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce for a little heat.
- Serve with your favorite pasta or a side salad.
