Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 lb Crawfish
  • 1 lb Mussels
  • 1 lb Clams
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage
  • 6 Corn on the Cob, halved
  • 1 lb Small Red Potatoes
  • 1 Onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup Seafood Boil Seasoning
  • 12 cups Water


Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water. Add the onion, garlic, lemon halves, and seafood boil seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the clams and mussels. Cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that do not open.
  5. Add the shrimp and crawfish. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the crawfish are bright red, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Drain the seafood boil. Serve immediately.
