Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, shredded chicken, and steamed broccoli.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
