Ingredients

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts on one side of a baking sheet.
- Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned broccoli on the other side of the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
