  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown the meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
