Ingredients

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
- Brown the meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
