Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Let it cool slightly and serve.
