Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken, broccoli, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
