Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 large head Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or lightly boil broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked broccoli, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Mix well to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  8. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
