Ingredients
- 8 oz Protein Pasta
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
