Ingredients

- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and optional vegetables to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Divide the pasta mixture into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
