Description

This Select Japanese Mounjaro Drink is a refreshing, natural detox beverage made with matcha, fresh ginger, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Inspired by traditional Japanese wellness practices, it’s designed to support digestion, balance blood sugar, and promote healthy weight loss naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or yuzu juice)
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 cup filtered warm water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Heat the water: Warm filtered water until hot but not boiling (about 160°F).
  2. Mix matcha: Add matcha powder and whisk until fully dissolved and frothy.
  3. Add ginger: Stir in fresh grated ginger and let steep for 2–3 minutes. Strain if desired.
  4. Combine: Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and optional sweetener. Stir or shake well to combine.
  5. Serve: Drink warm or iced. For best results, enjoy in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Start with a half serving if you’re sensitive to acidic drinks. Always use organic, high-quality ingredients. You can make a batch and store it for up to 3 days in the fridge. Stir before each use.
