Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or cold brew, chilled
  • 1.5 tablespoons smooth tahini
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup (or date syrup, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of sea salt or cinnamon (optional, for flavor)


Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a small bowl or blender, combine tahini, maple syrup, and milk (if using). Stir or blend until fully smooth and creamy.
  2. Build the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice, then slowly stir in the tahini mixture until well combined.
