Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee or cold brew, chilled
- 1.5 tablespoons smooth tahini
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup (or date syrup, to taste)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Pinch of sea salt or cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
Instructions
- Mix the Base: In a small bowl or blender, combine tahini, maple syrup, and milk (if using). Stir or blend until fully smooth and creamy.
- Build the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the chilled coffee over the ice, then slowly stir in the tahini mixture until well combined.
- Add Optional Flavor: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or cinnamon on top for added depth.
