Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on or off
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Assorted vegetables (cucumber, avocado, edamame, carrots), for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush honey mixture over salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
