Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on or off
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Assorted vegetables (cucumber, avocado, edamame, carrots), for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush honey mixture over salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, and salmon.
