Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
